IBC/Tote Secondary Containment System


This lightweight IBC Containment System supports
loads to 8,000 lbs. with a 2:1 safety factor! Compact
stand allows open / easy access to the sump ­ makes
cleaning small and large spills a snap. Offers two levels
of chemical resistance upgrades for lower sections of
the stand, 1) epoxy powder coating, or 2) stainless
steel construction. Add adjustable "skid barriers"
(optional) to corners of platform to resist sliding if unit
is hit or shaken. Optional self-leveling foot pads adjust
to keep your IBC level on uneven floors. Sturdy
polyethylene sump has 2- way forklift entry ­ can be
easily moved without an IBC in place.

Footpad Options
1. Adjustable footpads . . . level unit on uneven
surfaces Ideal for use with noncorrosive products
2. Fixed footpads . . . provides resistance to
corrosion, especially when powder coated or
constructed of stainless steel.

Material Option
For maximum chemical resistance order legs, tie-
rods, and footpads constructed of 316L stainless steel
Skid Barriers
These heavy gauge steel plates are designed to bolt
to the four corners of the platform to prevent the IBC
from shifting off the surface. Adjustable, can be
extended beyond the edge of the platform to 1.25"
or inside the platform to 1".

Covers

Storing your IBCs outside? Protect system from
dirt and the elements with this heavy duty poly
cover. Designed to fit over the IBC and drop
below sump lip where it can be secured with a
draw cord. Made of tear resistant material.
Constructed of 3 plys of poly sheet laminated
together around 2 plys of tear resistant nylon
mesh. Features double sewn joints and 3" square
"access flap" to access valve.
